TREE SURGERY: All aspects of tree pruning works are undertaken in compliance with BS3998, including crown lifting, cleaning and thinning, crown reduction, formative pruning, staking and bracing using traditional or modern methods. We specialise in crane, platform and conventional large tree and dangerous tree dismantles. The utmost care and consideration is taken during the works and client’s property is respected at all times. Effort and care is taken during the cleaning up process, as we take pride in the final product.
SITE CLEARANCE: We offer help throughout the development process. The initial BS5837 arboricultural survey and method statement as part of the planning application. The removal of trees, understorey and first phase pruning of retained trees to facilitate construction works Site visits to advise on protection of retained trees. WOODLAND & ESTATE MANAGEMENT: We carry out the initial site survey and produce a phased management plan, taking in to consideration key objectives i.e. conservation, aesthetic value, health and safety etc. Liaising with the client throughout this process allows us to produce a programme of works that meets all the desired criteria Each stage of the tree work is completed safely and to a high standard, compliant with BS3998.
SURVEYS & REPORTS: We specialise in health and safety assessments, programmes of works, BS5837 arboricultural reports and aerial tree inspection reports as well as being a licenced QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assessment) user. This makes us an ideal choice for local authorities, large estate owners etc. On behalf of our clients we can apply for felling licences, tree preservation order applications and work on trees within a conservation area, as well as environment agency applications.
TREE PLANTING: We are experienced in planting small and large scale projects such as industrial sites, woodlands and commercial developments. We provide associated services such as protective fencing, guarding, underground anchoring and watering systems. We supply good quality trees/ hedging plants from reputable growers and pre-planting preparation and care is taken very seriously.
ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE: We provide a selection of services undertaken by our team, who are experienced and qualified in the use of pedestrian, ride – on and tractor mounted mowers. Ideal for maintaining paddocks, fields, parkland and woodland rides. We are experienced in grass and wild flower seeding and also aquatic planting for ponds and streams.
